My CrossFit Story:

I started crossfit in the spring of 2009. A friend drug me to the Crossfit Asylum with her claiming I would never return to a regular gym again after trying crossfit. It took a couple months for me to really get into it- but in the end she definitely is right! Crossfit has been such a great experience over the last 2 years and has made some really big differences in my life! I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been in my life. Plus I have met some of my closest friends through crossfit which makes it that much more worthwhile! I without a doubt am now a crossfitter for life!

howdy. long time no see or talk. wanted to give you a heads up that you can now link your profile with Facebook so when you post a workout it goes to your FB. Same with photos just log in via that blue F button next to log in. and you can now do it from a smart phone if you have one. hope you're doing well Sam. Cheers.
